About

Background

Anna Meylakh is the founder of the Personal Development Studio, Route6. She has majors in Linguistics and Literature (BA) as well as Marketing Management (MA) and is a qualified Life and Executive Coach with Robbins-Madanes Training (RMT Master-level Coach), and INSEAD Coaching Certificate, dedicated to coaching individuals and groups within organisations. 

 

Throughout her personal and professional life Anna has studied and qualified in a breadth of specialist fields that she applies to her work at the studio: cross-cultural communication, group dynamics, organisational culture, change management, Human Needs Psychology, mindfulness, notions of happiness and flow.

 

Prior to founding Route6, Anna spent 15 years working in consulting and in-house roles in global organisations as well as start-ups across international markets and a diverse range of industries, including Public Relations, Branding, Design, and Biotech. During the last 10 years she worked in Biotech, mainly in the areas of rare diseases, gene and cell therapies, as well as oncology. Her key focus was working on organisational strategy, setting up structures and communication channels for companies, as well as facilitating cross-functional and multicultural teams, working on a variety of pre and post launch programmes.

Strategies

At Route6 we apply a range of coaching and consulting tools, including Systems-Psychodynamic theory of change and Strategic Intervention coaching approach to our work with individuals and organisations. 

 

We use practical and effective strategies that originate from a variety of disciplines: Human Needs Psychology, organisational psychology, psychoanalytic theory, group behaviour, Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence and negotiations, and others.  

 

The aim of our work is to help you clarify your goals, create more awareness, and take action in a strategic way, so that things get done and your needs are fulfilled in a constructive way.

Holistic - we believe it’s important to view an individual / organisation as a whole, whether it's areas of human life or organisational departments. Often all elements are interconnected and can affect each other in positive or negative ways. 

 

Empowering - we focus on strengths and achievements of an individual / organisation and harness skills and resources you already have. This will boost motivation and confidence and provide courage to take action. 

 

Results driven - change starts only when we take action. Lasting change happens when we make a commitment and focus on bringing our goals to life. The key to success in creating lasting change is leverage, the ‘why’. It’s important to always keep in mind why the change is needed, and what will happen if you don’t create it. When the goals are clear, we will help you make a plan for how to actualise them.
